Oven roasted sweet potato fries and The Frozen Butcher US Beef Burgers

Preheat the oven to 400 F (200 °C). Wash and dry the potatoes (no need to peel). Cut them in sticks or wedges. Place the sweet potato wedges in a large zip-top plastic bag, add the starch and salt and shake to combine, or place everything in a large bowl and toss together. Add the oil and toss together till they’re fully covered. Spread the potatoes on a large baking tray into a single layer. Season with pepper and roughly cut thyme and rosemary. Roast 15 minutes. Using a flat spatula, flip them and continue to roast another 10 to 15 minutes until fries are tender on the inside and crispy on the outside.
In the meantime bake the US Beef Burgers according to the instructions on the packaging and serve with various dips and a salad.
