Angry Angus Burger

Flamenco Iberico burger

In Spain we were inspired by the food, the flamenco and of course the siesta. So we combined these three typical Spanish elements into one recipe. How? We created a recipe that is simple enough to make after your siesta, which has those delicious Spanish flavors and the Flamenco passion.

With our own Iberico Burger we are half way there. Add some typical Spanish aioli and some cherry tomatoes that have the color of flamenco dresses and there you go: a little bit of Spain on a plate.

It’s easy!

Fry the burger in a little butter until it is brown all over. Grill the smoked bacon. Place the cherry tomatoes in an oven dish and sprinkle with some olive oil and sea salt. Roast them in a preheated oven at 180 °C until they split slightly. Dress the burger with a tablespoon of aioli and garnish with the bacon. Place the cherry tomatoes on top and, if you wish, sprinkle with thyme leaves.

Much appreciated

Serve with thick-cut chips (Pommes Pont Neuf). And don’t forget the cold beer!
