Colorful Beef Burger
Grilled Beef Burger with thick slices of rustic sourdough, tomato salsa, whole-grain mustard, mayonnaise and zucchini.
It’s easy!
Scoop out the seeds and pulp from the tomato (but do not remove the skin) and chop into 1 cm cubes. Cut the spring onions into small rings, chop the red onion and slice the coriander into thin slivers (no need to discard the stem). Mix everything with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, the Tabasco and a pinch of salt.
Slice the raw zucchini into long, thin strips with a peeler or cheese slicer and mix with the olive oil, 2 table spoons of lemon juice and a pinch of salt and pepper. Grill the burgers with a small amount of oil in a hot, almost dry frying pan. Toast the sourdough lightly in a toaster and place the zucchini salad, followed by the burgers, the tomato salsa and another slice of bread on top. Secure with a cocktail stick if necessary. Mix the mayonnaise and the mustard and serve on the side.
Much appreciated
Melting a slice of cheddar cheese on the burger will result in a surprising taste sensation!
