The Frozen Butcher US Beef Burger with green spring salad

Cut the fennel in very thin slices. For the dressing combine olive oil, balsamic and honey in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
Combine spinach, rocket and fennel with the dressing in a large bowl. Add the walnuts and sprinkle with cress. Prepare the burgers according to the instructions on the packaging. Half the buns and toast them in a grill pan. Serve the burgers with the salad and French fries.
- 1 fennel bulb
- 6 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp. white balsamic vinegar
- salt & pepper
- 1 tsp honey
- 200 g young spinach
- 75 g rocket
- 1 tray mustard cress
- 1 small handful walnuts
