The Frozen Butcher Sauerkraut Iberico burger
with mustard mayonnaise

Instructions
Cut the onions in rings, sprinkle with oil and grill in a grill pan. Warm the sauerkraut. Whisk mustard with mayonnaise. Fry or grill the burgers and bacon. Halve the buns. Take the meat from the pan, wipe off excess fat with a paper towel and toast the buns golden brown. Divide sauerkraut on the buns, place burgers on the sauerkraut, top with bacon and mustard mayonnaise.

- 2 red onions
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tbsp. mustard
- 4 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 250 g sauerkraut (cooked)

- 4 organic burger buns
- 8 slices of bacon
