Instructions

Cut or grate the cabbage and apple in thin strips. In a large bowl combine the mayonnaise and yoghurt, and toss with the cabbage. Sprinkle with lemon and season with salt and pepper. Add sugar if necessary. Fry or grill the burgers according to the instructions on the packaging. Serve the burgers with toasted buns, coleslaw and some green salad.

  • ¼ small organic red cabbage (300 g)
  • ¼ organic white cabbage (300 g)
  • 1 red apple
  • 1 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp. yoghurt
  • 1 lemon
  • salt, pepper, and a little sugar
