The Frozen Butcher Angus Burger with green pea spread and jalapeño pepper sauce

Instructions

Cook peas for about 4 minutes and drain. Grind the peas and feta cheese and a few sprigs of parsley in a food processor. Season with salt and pepper. Half the jalapeno pepper and remove the seeds. Then puree the yoghurt with the pepper and remaining parsley in a blender. Fry or grill the burgers according to the instructions on the packaging. Halve and toast the buns. Combine oil and lemon juice with the watercress. Divide it on the bottoms of the buns. Place the burger on the cress and top with pea spread, jalapeno sauce and last but not least the top halves of the buns.

  • 50 g Greek feta cheese
  • 1 small bunch parsley
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 jalapeño pepper
  • 200 ml Greek yoghurt

  • 1 bunch of watercress
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • salt and pepper
