Simple Angus Burger sandwiches
With mixed lettuce, smoked cheddar and mayonnaise

Procedure
Preheat the oven to 150 ºC. Toast the sandwiches lightly. Cook the burgers golden brown according to the instructions on the package. Put them on a baking sheet and top them with a slice of cheddar cheese. Put them in the oven to melt the cheese. Spread the mayonnaise on the slices of toasted bread. Cover with mixed lettuce and drizzle with a little oil and lemon juice. Cut the red lettuce into thin strips. Put the burgers on the lettuce and put a wisp of red lettuce strips on top.
For extra flavour replace the usual mayonaise for truffle mayonnaise.

- 6 slices of rustic bread
- 6 slices of Smoked cheddar cheese
- 6 FrozenButcher Angus burgers
- mayonnaise
- 1 small bag (85 g) of mixed lettuce
- 1 small head of red lettuce
- extra virgin olive oil
- lemon
