Lamb Burgers, grilled vegetables and harissa mayonnaise

Instructions

Cut the zucchini in thin slices. The red onion in rings and the bell pepper in strips. Sprinkle with olive oil and grill on high flame on all sides. Season with salt and pepper. Combine harissa with mayonnaise. Grill the burgers according to the instructions on the packaging and toast the buns in the same pan. Divide half of the vegetables on the bun bottoms en place the burgers on it. Then put the remaining vegetables on the burgers and top with harissa mayonnaise and last but not least the top halves of the buns.

  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 red pepper
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp. ‘Harissa’ (Moroccan hot paste)
  • 4 tbsp. mayonnaise

  • 4 ciabatta buns
