When we visited the States we couldn’t believe our eyes when we saw the mighty Angus cattle. Bred from breeds native to the counties of Aberdeenshire and Angus in Scotland, their meat is world-famous for its marbling qualities. That means the meat has a lot of intramuscular fat which creates an intense flavor. And the cattle we use are raised on a carefully-balanced grain diet for an even better taste. And is aged for at least 30 days!
This is our Ribeye steak made from Angus cattle born in the States. A steak with an abundance of marbling, small ribbons of fat that melt as it cooks, delivering a rich beef flavor. A smooth, fine texture and exceptional tenderness. A true champion amongst steaks for the real meat lover.

This is our Striploin steak made from Angus cattle born in the States. A steak with a fine texture, buttery flavor and with tiny flecks of fat interlaced in the muscle. In the 19th century the famous Delmonico restaurant located in New York made this steak an all-time favorite.
