Respectful Wagyu Burger
Wagyu is rich meat, with a rich history. It originated in Japan and is praised all over the world. When we finally laid our hands on this meat, we treated it with respect. Just like the Japanese would. You have to honor your Wagyu.
That means a proper preparation with proper ingredients. Fortunately, we have a recipe with flavors from all over the world. So you don’t have to worry about it.
It’s easy!
Peel the pepper with a peeler. Then split it into 4 parts and remove the top, the seeds and pith. Grill or fry quickly in oil on both sides. Sprinkle the hot pepper with a little salt and oil, then medium grill or fry the burgers. Cut the bread rolls in half and grill or fry them for a short period of time. Place half the rocket, the pepper and the brie on the bottom half of the roll. Then place the burger on top and garnish with a couple of thin slices of radish. Season lightly with salt and pepper and a dash of olive oil. Finally, put the top half of the roll on top.
Much appreciated
Serve with some tortilla chips and guacamole on the side.
